Hello! I have been working as a birth doula since 2014. Since then, I’ve supported over one hundred births—and have had two of my own which gave me firsthand insight into the raw beauty and complexity of motherhood. I offer families education, guidance, and heartfelt, compassionate support as they welcome their babies. I believe every woman deserves to feel safe, heard, and empowered during birth. With gentle, non-judgmental care, I help build a strong, connected team to support you through the intensity and beauty of the moment.
