I am a First Generation American with my family moving to the states from Belize, where my great-grandmother served in the Birthworker World as a Midwife in San Ignacio. With over 16 years of experience as a yoga practitioner and a deep passion for supporting families, I’m dedicated to providing compassionate, holistic care throughout your pregnancy and postpartum journey.

When it comes to birth, I absolutely love being a part of it. I’m passionate about serving mamas during their birthing journeys and beyond into the fourth trimester (postpartum).

My job is to make sure you feel supported, informed, and never alone. I work with all kinds of families in all kinds of birth settings, from hospitals to homes to birth centers, and my goal is always the same: to help you feel confident, calm, and cared for.
