About me

Hi loves, I’m Kim Muñoz, birth and postpartum doula, childbirth and lactation educator, and mama to a wonderful 4-year-old girl.

I’ve been a doula for 5 years now, and every family I work with reminds me of why I do this. Birth isn’t one-size-fits-all. It’s personal, emotional, spiritual, and sometimes messy. My job isn’t to tell you how to do it, it’s to walk with you, listen to you, and remind you that your instincts are powerful and valid. Whether you’re preparing for your first baby or welcoming your fourth, I’m here to hold space, answer questions, and gently guide you through the unknown.

As a postpartum doula, I’m all about easing that transition into new parenthood. Sometimes that means helping with feeding or newborn care, other times it means making sure you eat, cry, nap, or just breathe. This season can be beautiful and overwhelming all at once, and you don’t have to navigate it alone.

I also teach childbirth and lactation classes, because I believe education is a form of empowerment. But I always keep it real, birth doesn’t always follow a script, and what works for one person might not work for another. My goal is to help you feel informed and confident, while also reminding you that it’s okay not to have it all figured out.

At the heart of everything I do is love for the birthing body, for new beginnings, and for the families who invite me into their most sacred moments. I know what it’s like to feel unsure, to want someone kind and knowledgeable in your corner. That’s what I try to be.

So if you’re looking for support that feels warm, honest, grounded, and nonjudgmental, I’d be honored to walk with you.
