About me

I became a doula as a diligent advocate for bodily autonomy in reverence of pregnancy, birth, and parenting.  Since starting as a birth and postpartum doula, I have expanded to support all pregnancy outcomes, including termination, loss, adoption, and child removal. The foundation of my practice is showing up as an attentive witness wherever someone is on their perinatal journey, physically and psychologically. In the transitional and tumultuous time after someone becomes pregnant, I hope to be a source of continuous compassion, empowerment, and resource connection.
