About me

Jadea Edmonds is a trained full-spectrum doula, lactation educator, and placenta encapsulation specialist. She is also a proud mother to a beautiful son who was born at home in July 2022 and a self-taught Indigenous herbalist. Jadea’s natural instinct for nurturing others and her deep connection to motherhood were further awakened through her own transformative home birth experience. This powerful moment ignited her passion for birth work and inspired her to support women in reclaiming their emotional, spiritual, and physical birthright.

As a doula, Jadea brings intuition, compassion, and lived experience to the families she serves. With a background supporting both home and hospital births and drawing from her role as the eldest of four siblings, she offers thoughtful and empowering care. She believes birth is a sacred, spiritual experience that connects us to our mind, body, and soul, a profound rite of passage. Jadea strives to remind mothers of their innate strength and the transformative power of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.
