My work goes beyond birth support—it's about preparing the mind and body for labor and nourishing the soul in the postpartum period. I offer comprehensive services that include lactation support, meal preparation and cooking, body work for labor preparation, and movement practices to support a healthy, connected pregnancy. Through thoughtful birth and postpartum planning, I help families approach their journey with clarity and confidence.
I’m passionate about the small details that make a big difference: guiding new parents through basic newborn care like diapering and swaddling, offering nutrition guidance tailored to each stage of the journey, and holding space for emotional well-being. My goal is to create an experience where families feel seen, heard, and cared for—physically, emotionally, and practically.
